All of the programs administered through The One Experience™ Inc. must pass a vigorous stakeholder vetting process to determine worthwhileness to intended participant populations. The outcome of this internal vetting process is referred to as its "practical strategy score".
Upon program delivery, we use a participant outcome and impact scoring tool called "The Confidence Index". The aggregated data informs our end of program year impact reporting for stakeholders.
Success Indicators Of Better Every Day:
- The program must deliver a satisfactory score in overall participant confidence, applicability, and utility as measured by the Confidence Index.
- Participants agree to take on a personal initiative or community project that addresses a local need or encourages community engagement.
- Program participants must score the program within a minimum threshold in accelerating and achieving greater personal and/or professional effectiveness attributed to applying their program experience.
