FOUNDERS' VISION
Syrena N. Williams is the Founder of The One Experience™, Inc., born from a seed God placed in her heart to serve those who often carry more than their share.
Her work is rooted in a deep awareness of individuals who are frequently “the one” in their families, workplaces, and communities. They are the ones others rely on for strength, wisdom, and leadership, often at great personal cost.
Syrena is called to help these individuals activate their divine gifts, align with the unique purpose God has placed on their lives, and live in a God-centered way that allows their inner light to be fully illuminated.
Through her leadership, The One Experience™ inspires intentionality and creates space for growth that is both spiritually grounded and practically applied.
An attorney at law, Syrena is also an ICF Certified coach and advisor, a skilled business and strategic planning consultant, and a master facilitator. She is known as a thoughtful mentor and a celebrated minister, bringing clarity, compassion, and discernment to every space she serves. Her work reflects a rare integration of faith, wisdom, and disciplined practice, guiding others to move forward with confidence, purpose, and grace.
