OUR FOUNDERS' STORY
Two women with very different life experiences and career paths, Syrena N. Williams and Olalah Njenga, came together to power a dream and made it come true by breathing life into The One Experience™. As they continued their work together, they enjoyed the way that their unique "Country Mouse, City Mouse" synergy allowed them to do more, stretch their respective comfort levels, and broaden their perspectives. They began to see that their collaboration was bigger than a one-time event. It became a partnership fueled by Faith.
Together, they imagined ways they could make the world a little better by helping people be better humans every day - one decision at a time.
Their values are faith-based. Together they build and grow the organization by acting on the belief that being "for" something does not mean being "anti" something else. Syrena and Olalah believe in creating spaces where mutual respect is steeped in curiosity and anchored by kindness.
